Hi! Name's Mike Frazier, I'm a 24 year old pharmacist from Morgantown, West Virginia, United States and HUGE E.S. fan. Due to the lack of a discussion forum on the net, I decided to set up this little thing to see if it would get any interest. Hopefully I won't end up talking to myself.

Cool, thanks for setting this up. Hopefully you will have a successful little fan forum here. I'm Nate, 24 from California btw. Big E.S. fan, I also really like Delerium, Balligomingo, Sleepthief, Conjure One ect... Don't care much for Enigma. Have you heard of Globus or Ars Arcana?

Hey all, I'm Brent - 3rd year Pharmacy student in the great white north. Mike you talk to yourself a lot anyway, so I'm sure things won't be that different I haven't heard of Globus or Ars Arcana, if you have a couple of good songs by them I should try out, let me know!

Not too much of a Globus fan. I bought their album and was disappointed. Rob Dougan and Craig Armstrong are some other folks I like who make the same style of music.

Hi guys, I'm from the UK. I'm over 21, and ofcourse a big E.S. Posthumus fan. First heard their music in the Planet Of The Apes trailer in which it featured bits of Pompeii and Menouthis in it. I found out who did the music, ordered the Unearthed album straight away and immediately fell in love with it when I heard it. I've ordered Cartographer but haven't received it as yet. Will hopefully come next week.
Other stuff I like include (funnily enough) Rob Dougan and Craig Armstrong. I'm also a massive fan of John Powell who's done movie scores for the Bourne films, Mr & Mrs Smith etc. but I first fell in love with his work when I heard the Face/Off score. Love that!
Anyway Mike, many thanks for setting this place up. Hopefully it will grow. I was previously a member of the ES Posthumus Yahoo Group until that suddenly disappeared. So I'm glad we have something like this.
All the best, -

I'm gonna check out Rob Dougan and Craig Armstrong. The Hans Zimmer score for Batman Begins is great. Dark, brooding, moody, powerful, all that. I have the Globus album but I'm not a huge fan. I've heard of Ars Arcana but have never actually heard their music.

HeLLo E.S. Posthumus fans!
I'm NeLLieDoLL, I'm 31 and I first found out about Experimental Sounds in the Fall of 2005 when I was searching for music to go along with my wedding video that I was going to create (I'm a video editor). Well, a friend of mine and I were sharing music back and forth online and I received music from Unearthed and then that was when I heard Nara and I was in total AWE! I could not believe my ears and what it was doing to my heart & soul! I knew that was IT and I was SO excited and I wanted MORE! And ever since then I have let many hear Nara and they just love it! Unfortunately, the wedding never happened and I never got to create what I thought was going to be the best wedding video ever.
Hey, but I am so happy that they released another album and just like all of you ... I certainly hope we don't have to wait another 7 years for more magical sounds to enter our lives and carry us on our journeys.
It's good to be here. By the way I live in the Southeast (U.S.) I am currently in Orlando, FL, but I travel a lot to Atlanta, GA where I have family, friends and co-workers.
Thanks for this opportunity. I hope we can share great experiences together.
Experimental Sounds will Rock-4-eva!

Hey !! I'm Deus . I'm 19.5 and I'm from India . I first head Posthumus through an AMV (Anime music video) which I got off the net . It had pompeii playing in the background and I am a big fan of the German Industrial Rock style , heavy, driving music . Pompeii prooved to be perfectly that . I searched around for it's creator and that led me to their music . (due to the great help of wikipedia contributors) I've even got a friend who is hardly into music, into Posthumus . Thats the fantastic thing about posthumus, it's so easy to get into and it grabs you in weird ways and just makes some room in your mind for itself and just stays there . I feel no matter how much time passes, I can always come back to listening and enjoying posthumus . Anyways , cheers . P.S. : I also heard pompeii again in a game called Plasma Pong which is being distributed over the net .

Hey, I am MuSa from India, 19 YO and in the final year of graduation. I came to know about E.S.Posthumus from a friend(the dude who posted above me) ;D Besides all of that, the music is great. The best one I liked till now is Sollente. After that is Isunova. Both from Cartographer. Whenever i listen to the music, i feel like listening to it again and again. I believe that is the magic of E.S.Posthumus. Enjoy!!
